HOW DO I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

Tracking numbers will be provided with your shipping notification email once the order is processed. However, please note that the tracking number sometimes do not update right away and tracking to certain countries only update upon arrival within the country. You can track your package through our website

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND? CAN I RETURN IT OR EXCHANGE IT TO DIFFERENT STYLES?

We cannot issue refunds once the order is shipped. However, if you contact us quickly after making the order, we can cancel your order and issue you a refund.
We unfortunately do not offer returns/exchanges. If a problem is present, please inform us within a week of receiving.

WHY WAS I CHARGED A DIFFERENT PRICE THAN STATED ON THE WEBSITE?

We are a UK based company and our prices are based in GBP. However, we've included a currency converter on our website that automatically converts this price to your local currency! Upon checkout, the prices will be converted back and charged in GBP. If you are using a credit card with any currency other than GBP, there may be slight discrepancies between what you're charged and what was displayed on our website due to differences in the conversion rate used by your credit card company.
